Jersey Heart and Lung Unit Gift Fund

Jersey General Hospital has recently set up a charitable fund to support local cardiac research, new equipment and patient and staff education.The department is always in need of new equipment and charitable donations help enormously to provide an enhanced level of care for patients across the Channel Islands.

The fund is called "The Jersey Heart and Lung Unit Gift Fund".

Cheques should be made payable to "The Treasurer of the States" and forwarded to Dr Mitchell at Jersey General Hospital. Donations may qualify for Tax relief. Please download and complete the form below and enclose it with your donation.
