Research

Andrew has published over 170 research papers, articles, reviews and abstracts on aspects of clinical heart research and has edited a series of books that have become the leading guides to emergency and practical cardiology in Europe. He is invited to publish internationally and present at leading cardiology meetings.

Andrew’s research team are currently performing research into the use of cardiac CT angiography in patients after a heart attack, the long-term management of patients with atrial fibrillation, the effect of food supplements on cardiovascular health and ageing as well as examining the clinical effectiveness and appropriateness of novel digital health technologies for clinical and commercial use.
